I started off with taking this photo at bowling green park, where i wanted to include everything what the music video is based on.
Location
The music video is mostly held within these two locations; the church that can be seen in the background and the park and the car park can also been several times throughout the video

Clothing: Classic brownish jumper can be seen throughout the video
The letter can be seen throughout the video, form her best friend who died
For this photo, I turned it black & white inspired by Birdy's album 'Fire Within' and i also added a gussian filter to thebackground of the image, so the actress can be the main subject of the advert. When readers see this, their eyes are drawn staright towards the girl and the letter.
I then coloured in the letter using the paint tool, just to make the hearts on the letter stand out more. Although that's not how the letter is like in the music video.
The next step i did was adding the text to the top of the advert , I decided to go opposite to what Birdy did in hers. She stuck to putting her text to the side to focus more on her. I have made the text huge so it stands out most, and will bring the attention more to the title.To make the reader more interested.
The idea for the font came from birdy's albums, she sticks with similar fonts throughout, so i decided to so the similarities and put the font on my poster and my digipak.
Like some classic posters, I added some of the hits from her albums that went into singles. They may not made the top 10 of the charts, but they are known, so i decided to put them at the bottom.
I then played around with the colours to see what would stand out most, I tried red so it matches the red hearts, but i noticed it didn't stand out as much as if someone saw it walking past.

This is my final advert design, I added the copyright's company logo in the bottom left hand corner, to make sure they have credit. I have also added when the album is out, which is now.
